Artisan Cheeses with crackers and crostini.

Chocolate fountain with seasonal fresh fruits, bacon, soft pretzels, and more.

Cocoa Braised Beef Minestrone

Paprika- and cocoa-rubbed beef short ribs, slow-roasted vegetables, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans.

— THIRD COURSE —

Baby Arugula & Frisée Salad

Apricot infused wensleydale cheese, Sliced strawberries, toasted almonds with cocoa nibs, and chocolate-balsamic vinaigrette

Choice Of Entrée:

Blackened 10 oz NY Strip Steak

Cocoa-chipotle rub, blue cheese herb butter, fire-roasted broccolini, and scalloped potatoes.

Assigned seating. Limited availability based on party size.  Tables are available for parties of 2, up to parties of 10—no more than 10 guests per table.

Gratuity is not applicable but always appreciated. Any gratuity will go directly to the service team.
